We collect: name, e-mail, phone, shipping and billing addresses, order history, language preferences. Payment data is processed exclusively by our provider Stripe.

• Customer account management and history

• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance, user consent and the House's legal obligations.

5. Retention period

Customer account data is kept as long as the account is active. Order data is retained for ten (10) years.

6. Recipients

Data is shared only with strictly necessary providers: Stripe, carrier, host.
